On the first day, sign-in will open at 7:15 AM and attendees will be asked to collect course materials prior to the seminar start. The seminar will begin at 8:00 AM each day and run until at least 4:30 PM.

Parking at the hotel is valet with no self-parking options for $53 per night. Most street parking around the area is metered until at least 5 PM. For other transportation needs, Uber and Lyft are available. When in downtown, the dot provides fare-free transportation around the historic district with stops blocks away from the hotel.

As a reminder, food and drink (beyond water) are not provided, and attendees should plan accordingly. There will be a 1-hour lunch break each day, and attendees should plan ahead to ensure they have enough time get lunch and return promptly.
