Sign-in on the first day will open at 7:15 AM. On the first day, attendees will be asked to sign-in and collect course materials prior to the seminar start. The seminar will begin at 8:00 AM each day and run until at least 4:30 PM.

Parking at the hotel is valet with no self-parking options for $53 per night. Most street parking around the area is metered until at least 5 PM most days. For other transportation needs, Uber and Lyft are available. When in downtown, the dot provides fare-free transportation around the historic district with stops blocks away from the hotel.

As a reminder, food and drink (beyond water) are not provided. Attendees should plan accordingly. There will be a 1-hour lunch break each day. To ensure attendees have enough time to get lunch and return promptly.
